Kate and Mark's Easter Wedding

Easter Saturday with the sun shining brightly saw us photographing Kate and Mark's fabulous wedding. The weather really couldn't have been more kind to this lovely couple. I met Kate and her bridesmaids, sister Sarah and friend Amelia, at The Salterns Hotel where a relaxed Kate got herself ready. Flower girl Isobel arrived a little later. Alan met up with Mark, Darren, Nick, Ross and Mark's Dad at Kate and Mark's flat before heading off to Compton Acres.

The gardens looked resplendent in their glorious Spring colours and it was lovely for Alan and me to have some time before the ceremony to take some photos in this stunning venue. The ceremony over it was time for the happy couple to meet their guests before heading off into the gardens for some more photos.

Kate and Mark had chosen The Salterns Hotel for their reception and when we arrived the guest were sipping their reception drinks over looking the spectacular marina with its Poole Harbour backdrop.

After the speeches, where we were introduced to 'Foxy' during Kate's Dad's whimsical poem he had written for the occasion, we headed off to Evening Hill and Sandbanks beach before the evening celebrations began.

Congratulations to Kate and Mark, we loved sharing your day with you and wish you a wonderful time in Mexico! Enjoy looking at a preview of your photos, the rest will be online on 8th May. Feel free to leave a comment!

Highcliffe Castle Engagement Shoot

Our latest engagement shoot saw us meeting up with Tracey and Craig at Highcliffe Castle in the glorious Spring sunshine we are enjoying at the moment.  Highcliffe Castle is definitely one of our favourite locations as it has loads to offer, spectacular views, lovely wooded walks and stunning architecture, we really are spoilt for choice.  It was lovely seeing the happy couple again as it seems a long time ago they booked us to photograph their wedding and after a cautious start, Tracey and Craig relaxed into their photos!  Here is a preview of some of our favourites, the rest will be available soon!  In the meantime enjoy your last few weeks before the big day, Alan and I are really looking forward to this one!!
